After covering Head Honcho Carpaccio a few months ago, the requests to complete the set of major boss themes from Wario: Master of Disguise went through the roof. I’ve had this song bouncing around in my head lately, so I figured now would be a good time to finish the job.

On each W:MoD song post I harp on how great and underrated the soundtrack is, so I’ll try to change it up a little this time. The composer of this soundtrack, Kenji Hikita, also composed/arranged the soundtracks for F-Zero Climax and GP Legend. Suddenly the metal feel makes sense. The only other game he’s credited with is a.. kid’s game called Docomodake Boing!… which is doesn’t exactly live up to the standards of the MoD or F-Zero Climax/GP soundtracks. xD

In the acoustic section of this remix (around 2:39), I included a bit of Count Canolli’s theme.

Although we’ve done all the major boss themes from Wario: Master of Disguise, there’s still a few great songs on the soundtrack that are worth covering, such as the normal boss theme or Allergia Gardens. Want to see them in the future? Let me know!
