Phantasy Star IV makes it’s second Side-Quests album appearance with this remix of Laughter!

I first covered this track back in the 2017 Genesis Medley, and have been a fan of it ever since. I thought it’d be fun to do a full version someday, so I was happy to see it was chosen to be part of the SQ3 line-up.
